Avoid toxic fabrics

Polyester for example can be used on top of cotton, where it does not come in direct contact with the skin.

Avoid:

1. Polyester is made from synthetic polymers that are made from esters of dihydric alcohol and terpthalic acid.
2. Acrylic fabrics are polycrylonitriles
3. Rayon
4. Acetate and Triacetate
5. Nylon
6. Anything static resistant, stain resistant, permanent press, wrinkle-free, stain proof or moth repellent, many are treated with perfluorinated chemicals (PFCs), like Teflon.

Try and use:

1.Cotton
2.Silk
3.Linen
4.Hemp
5.Wool
6.Cashmere
